How to download your files

Learn how to use the Air Pixels E2EE file server to access your digital assets.

  1. Locate your download email or contact us and we can send you another link directly. The links will always take you to files.airpixels.com

  2. Enter your email for an OTP code (if enabled).

  3. Your files are end-to-end encrypted, and an access code may be sent to your email to authenticate your download.

  4. Download your files within 30 days.
